The purpose of this article is to study the features of the passage of ultrasonic vibrations through inhomogeneous
biological media. To achieve the goal, a mathematical model for the propagation of ultrasonic vibrations in heterogeneous media has been developed, and clinical studies have been carried out. It is shown that the proposed calculation method can be used to evaluate the passage of ultrasonic vibrations through inhomogeneous biological media. Recommendations on the choice of topographic landmarks of ultrasound exposure for noninvasive sanitation of urological catheters are made.
