The article describes experimental studies to determine the effect of the two variants of the hydraulic autonomous cooling
system on the temperature of the cylinder-piston group using pressure fluctuations in the suction cavity of the piston low-flow
compressor. A comparison with a conventional external cooling system using atmospheric air flow is presented. It is shown that the use of automatic control of air flow resistance in the suction has a positive effect on reducing the temperature of the cylinder.
