Using an experimental setup, the effect of the viscosity of the ink, the speed and angle of inclination of the metering squeegee on the pressure in the printing ink when filling holes of 65 microns and 85 microns in diameter is studied. The experiments are performed using strain gauge methods and special software. It is found that for holes, with a diameter of 65 μm, a length of 50 μm and a diameter of 85 μm and a length of 150 μm, the pressure varies from 1360 Pa to 4709 Pa, or from 33,8 % to 40,3 %. The results are necessary to verify the adequacy of the paint flow model in front of the dosing squeegee.
