Abstract

The development of education in the country and in our region is a topic requiring knowledge not only of pedagogy, but also of the history of the social and economic development of the country and region. The appearance of a galaxy of psychologists
and teachers in the 1970s was a consequence of the development of education and science not only in the central regions, but also on the periphery. During this period, the accumulation of experience and the expansion of the material and technical
base of public education prompted teachers to search and experiment. In turn, the development of pedagogical universities led to the formation of pedagogical schools on the periphery. The source of one of these schools was M. N. Apletaev.
