Abstract

One of the reasons for socio-economic losses from unfavourable work conditions is the low labor protection specialists’ professional competence level. In this study the labor protection specialist professional competence integral concept is defined
by the principal component analysis. An integral competence model labor protection professional is developed. The organizational and economic aspect of the formation and continuous professional competence improvement is shown. The basic specialized education impact assessment on socio-economic losses from the level of occupational injuries is made.
