Abstract

The article addresses the issues of the primary distribution of labor resources of the country and the region by profession. The main problems related to primary distribution are outlined; subjects of career guidance work are identified. The authors consider the mechanism of the primary distribution of labor resources, give statistics on the work of the reception commission of OmSTU — the largest Omsk university.
