Abstract

The article analyzes the historical experience of cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan for 30 years. Special attention is paid to
political, military, economic, trade and scientific cooperation. The research is based on scientific works of Russian and Tajik scientists, official state documents. The
authors conclude that in the conditions of hybrid wars and the migration processes caused by them in Central Asia, the right decision is made on the need to preserve
and expand cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan. This position meets the national interests not only of both countries, but
also of the Central Asian states, guaranteeing their security and stability.
